What to do:
1. Complete the reservation form and send an email to info@chaletjulia.pt or contact us directly via the website
2. State the selected room
3. In case of double rooms, please state if the room is intended for 1 or 2 persons
4. Provide your personal details, including your taxpayer ID number, for rental agreement purposes (please refer to the reservation form)
5. Please state the semester and university that you will be attending
6. Pay the reservation in the amount of €700 (seven hundred euros) that correspond to the deposit after signing the accommodation contract
6.1. In the case of apartments, the reservation value is a monthly rent.
7. Your reservation will only be valid after the payment above
8. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to the beginning of the accommodation contract, the reservation amount is not returned. For further details check our rules.

Contract
When signing the rental agreement, you will pay:

The amount corresponding to the first month of rental

700€ (seven hundred euros), corresponding to the deposit. The deposit is 700€ (seven hundred euros) and will be returned on checkout after checking if the room is in the same conditions as when you checked in

Final cleaning fee of 95€ (ninety five euros)

Administrative cost of 98€ (ninety eight euros)
Useful information
1. To access Chalet Júlia you will need to sign a contract.
2. This agreement is valid from 22 weeks. Weekly fees will be different for contracts of different durations.
3. Rooms can be rented during July and August. Prices will be provided upon request.
4. The agreement includes a weekly fee for the cleaning of common areas. You can request room cleaning upon additional payment.
5. You will be provided with bed linen, bathroom towels and all basic materials needed to cook your meals. You just need to bring with you your cloths and personal items.
